Weight Loss

New NEW Goal!! 

Weigh in is tomorrow. I aim to hit 155 eventually. At the MOST it is a 10ish pound weight loss.  I started this journey over 2 years ago somewhere between 185-190. (Blah) 10 more pounds..10 little pounds. Let's do this!

STARTING POINT - 188 pounds! 
2/21- 181 - 7 lbs down
2/28 - 177 - 11 lbs down
3/6 - 175 - 13 lbs down
4/20 - 174 - 14 lbs down
12/14 - 170 - 18 lbs down 
12/21 - 168 - 20 lbs down
4/9/2014 - 165 - 23 lbs down (10 to go!) 
4/19/2014 - 164 - 24 lbs down (9 to go!)

So I started weighing again today (12/14/2012)

12/14 170.4 - 20.4 pounds to go!!! (14.6 pounds gone forever!)
12/21 168.0 - 18.0 pounds to go!!! (17.0 pounds gone forever!)  So happy I hit my 2 lb goal!! And then some. I am LOVING low carbs!

I won't make my seeing the 150's by the first of the year but I can do it soon. I really think swapping up scales and using that old timey non digital one gave me false hope...meaning, I don't think I was ever really 160. So now I'm starting over. I have lost 15 pounds so far. It's taken forever because I start and stop. So if I just never stop...yeah you get the idea :)

20.4 pounds to lose!! At 2 pounds a week I am looking at a 10 week goal! Lets do this!! It should put me at hitting my goal exactly 1 year after starting this journey!!

And I'm still basically at 174. It fluctuates SO stinking much!! I was seriously down to 160 for like a day....
